Pennsylvania, and reconled in Cumberland County Plan Book 65,
Page 144, being bounded and lleseribed as follows:
BEGINNING at an iIon pin lying in an easterly right-of-way of
Kings Circle (50 foot right-of-way) amI being a southerly corner of
Lot No. 38; thence along Lot No. 38, North 85 degrees 52 minutes
40 seconds East, l44.5€ feet to an iron pin, being an eastedy
corner of Lot No. 38 and lying in a westerly line of Future Phase
VB; thence along said lands, South 15 degrees 54 minutes 17
seconds East, 75.65 feet to a concrete monument; thence
continuing along said lands and along lands of Future Phase VC,
South 01 degree 07 minutes 15 seconds East, 52.92 feet to an
iron pin, lying in a westerly tine of Future Phase VC, and

right-of-way along a curve to the left, having a chord bearing

of 34,95 feet, a radius of 185,00 feet, and an arc distance of
35.00 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along said
right-of-way, North 04 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West,
61,37 feet to an iron pin, being the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.40 acre or 17,331 square feet and being known and

Lot No. 37 is subject to one-half of a IS-foot storm sewer
