HomeMy WebLinkAbout96-01010 - ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in Middlesex TOYDJIhip, cumberland county, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 8 of the ~inal Subdivision Plan for Jack Beitzel prepared by Hartmaa ~ Associate., Inc. dated July 1, 199~ and recorded in the cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 66, page 35, and being bounded and described as follows, to witl BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Cedar Road at the dividing line of the within described Lot 8 and Lot 9 on the aforesaid Subdivision Plan; THENCB along said eastern right-of-way line North 7 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of ~76.11 feet to a point; THENCB continuing along said eastern right-of-way line along a curve, having an arc length of 79.02 feet and a chord bearing of ~o degrees 07 minutes ~o seconds to a point on the dividing line of the within described Lot 8 and Lot 7 on the aforementioned Subdivision Plan; THENCE along said dividing line North 62 degrees 22 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 256.12 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Harold A. Tompkins; THENCE along last mentioned lands South 07 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconas East a distance of 167.42 feet to a point at lands now or formerly of Richard A. Krip; THENCE along last mentioned lands, South 01 degrees 31 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 275.71 feet to a point at the dividing line of the within described Lot 8 and Lot 9 on the aforementioned Subdivision Plan; THENCE along said dividing line South 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 198.03 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Cedar Road, the point and place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.0012 acres, more or less. UNDER AND SUBJECT, to Restrictions of Cedar Road Subdivision recorded in Book 461, page 242 and certain amended Restrictions of Cedar Road Subdivision recorded in Book 473, page 173. BEING the same premises which Jack C. Beitzel and Carol S. Beitzel, his wife, and Jacob L. Lammeree and Marcella A. Lammeree, his wife, by their power of attorney Jack B. Beitzel, by their deed dated September 2, 1994 and recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Book 111, page 501 granted and conveyed unto David S. Sheffield, a single man.
