the Mortgage is attached hereto aB Exhibit A and incorporated by
reference.
4. The Mortgage was delivered to Plaintiff as security for
a Home Equity Credit ['ine Revolving Loan Agreement dated November
5, 1992 executed and delivered by Defendants to Plaintiff (the
"Note"). A true and correct copy of the Note is attached hereto
as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
5. The premises subject to the Mortgage are described
fully in the legal description, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
6. Plaintiff has not assigned the Note or the Mortgage and
is the holder thereof.
7. The Defendants are in default with regard to the
Mortgage in that they have failed to pay when due the monthly
installments from October 1995 to date.
8. Pursuant to the Homeowners Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, written notice of counseling was given to
the Defendants by regular and certified mail. A copy of the
aforesaid notice of counseling dated December 22, 1995 is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit D and incorporated herein by
reference. Plaintiff avers that the Defendants did not avail
themselves of the opportunity for counseling within thirty (30)
days from the date of said notice.
9. Pursuant to Act of Januat.y 30, 1974, P.L. No.6 (41
P.S. 101 et seq. i, written notic,e uf intention to foreclose was

COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff is Household Realty Corporation, doing
business as Household Finance Consumer Discount Company, a
Delaware business corporation with an office and place of
business at 961 Weigel Drive. P.O. Box 8632, Elmhurst, Illinois
60126-8632.
2. The Defendants are Steven C. Engle and Deena M. Engle,
adult individuals currently residing at 325 West First Street,
Boiling Spring, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17007
(hereinafter referred to as the "Defendants") .
3. On or about November 5, 1992, the Defendants executed
and delivered to Plaintiff a mortgage on their real estate
located at 325 West First Street. Boiling Spring, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17007 (the "Mortgage"). The Mortgage was

recorded on November 9, 1992, in Deed Book Volume 1100, page 76,
~ ~., Cumberland County ~ecords, A true and correcc copy of
che Mortgage is actached hereco as Exhibic A and incorporaced by
reference.
4. The Mortgage was delivered to Plaintiff as security for
a Home Equity Credit Line Revolving Loan Agreement dated November
5, 1992 executed and delivered by Defendants to Plainciff (the
"Note"). A true and correct copy of che Note is attached hereto
as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
5. The premises subject to the Mortgage are described
fully in the legal description, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
6. Plaintiff has not assigned the Note or the Mortgage and
is the holder thereof.
7. The Defendants are in default with regard to the
Morcgage in that they have failed to pay when due the monthly
installments from October 1995 to date.
8. Pursuant to the Homeowners Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, written notice of counseling was given to
the Defendants by regular and certified mail. A copy of the
aforesaid notice of counseling dated December 22, 1995 is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit D and incorporated herein by
reference. Plaintiff avers that the Defendants did not avail
themselves of the opportunity for counseling within thirty (30)
days from the date of said notice.
9. Pursuant to Act of January 30, 1974, P.L. No.6 (41
P.S. 101 et seq.l, written notice of intention to foreclose was

the Morcgage is actached hereco as Exhibit A and incorporated by
reference.
4. The Mortgage was delivered to Plaintiff as sp.curity for
a Home Equity Credit Line Revolving Loan Agreement dated November
5, 1992 executed and delivered by Defendants to Plaintiff (the
"Note"). A true and correct copy of the Note is attached hereto
as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
5. The premises subject to the Mortgage are described
fully in the legal description, attached hereto as Exhibit C.
6. Plaintiff has not assigned the Note or the Mortgage and
is the holder thereof.
7. The Defendants are in default with regard to the
Mortgage in that they have failed to pay when due the monthly
installments from October 1995 to date.
8. Pursuant to the Homeowners Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, written notice of counseling was given to
the Defendants by regular and certified mail. A copy of the
aforesaid notice of counseling dated December 22, 1995 is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit D and incorporated herein by
reference. Plaintiff avers that the Defendants did not avail
themselves of the opportunity for counseling within thirty (30)
days from the date of said notice.
9. Pursuant to Act of Janua~1 30, 1974, P.L. No.6 (41
P.S. 101 et seq.l, written notice of intention to foreclose was
