Denied that defendant ordered eyeglass frames and lenses
from the Plaintiff for the sum of Two hundred thirty-four and
00/100 (234.00) dollars.
In further answer it is denied that
defendant ever received an eye examination or provided plaintiff
with his eyeglass lense prescription. It is further denied that
defendant was ever fitted or otherwise examined eyeglass frames at
the plaintiff's office.
It is further denied that Exhibit "A"
reflects that defendant ordered eyeglass frames and lenses.
4. Admitted that defendant has refused to pay any money to
the plaintiff for eyeglasses, frames and lenses that he did not
order. Denied that plaintiff has made repeated demands. In fact,
prior to the initiation of this suit, plaintiff never contacted
defendant about this alleged order, there were no demands, no bill
was ever presented and the allegedly ordered eyeglasses were never
tendered to the defendant.

The Plaintiff, Valley Green Optical, Inc" is a Pennsylvania business corporation
with offices at 1790 Old Trail Road, Etters, York County, Pennsylvania.

The Defendant, Floyd R. Dively, II, is an adult individual currently residing at 127
S, c;hestnut Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3.
On or about May , 1995, Defendant ordered eyeglass frames and lenses from
the Plaintiff for the sum of two hundred thirty-four and 00/100 ($234.00) dollars, as
reflected on Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto,
