The plaintiff by her attorney, MURREL R. WALTERS, III,
ESQUIRE, brings this action in divorce for a Decree of Divorce from
the bonds of matrimony and respectfully represents:
1. The plaintiff is LISA M. CARELLI, an adult individual,
who currently resides at 3191 Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania.
2. The defendant is FRANK R. CARELLI,
individual, who currently resides at 408 W.
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
J. Plaintiff and defendant are both bona fide residents of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have been for at least six (6)
months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on October 12,
1985 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The plaintiff avers that the marriage is irretrievably
