Plaintiff's Interrogatories to Defendant in Aid of Execution are attached hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A". 6. Defendant has failed to respond to Plaintiff's Interrogatories. 7. Defendant's resp'onses to Plaintiff's Interrogatories are essential for Plaintiff to enforce its judgment against Defendant, 8. It is believed and therefore averred that Defendant, for the purpose of avoiding execution, has transferred and/or removed from this County, property subject to execution by Plaintiff. 9. It is believed and therefore averred that Defendant, for the purpose of avoiding execution, will transfer and/or remove from this County, property subject to execution by Plaintiff. 10, Pursuant to l?a.R,C,P. 3117, Plaintiff is entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable expenses in connection with discovery in aid of execution. 11, Plaintiff has incurred attorneys fees in connection with the discovery and as a result of Defendant's failure to respond to Plaintiff's discovery, WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Saratoga Properties. respectfully requests your Honorable Court to enter an Order against Defendant: (a) directing Defendant to file full, complete and specific answers to ~laintiff's Interrogatories in Aid of Execution within twenty (20) days of the date of the Order; (b) enjoining the negotiation, transfer, assignment or other disposition of any security, document of title, pawn ticket, instrument, mortgage, or document representing any property interest of Defendant subject to execution; (c) enjoining the transfer, removal, conveyance, assignment or other disposition of property of Defendant subject to execution; (d) directing the disclosure to the Sheriff of the whereabouts of property of Defendant; (e) directing that property of Defendant which has been removed from this County or concealed for the purpose of avoiding execution shall be delivered to the Sheriff or made available for execution; (f) directing that Defendant pay Plaintiff's reasonable attorneys fees in connection with discovery in aid of execution and the filing of this Motion; and (g) granting such other relief as may be deemed necessary and appropriate. printol.lts, information in computers, inter-ofEice and intr:a- office co~~unications, logs, drawings, graphs and char:ts. 2, "Person" means any natural person, corporation, partnership, association, or other entity, J.
