materials furnished undcr the contract aforesaid.
AND, in order to give the Owner Cull power and authority tn protect himself and the lot or loll of ground
against any and all claims filed by the Contractor at anyone acting under or through him 0' it in violation of the
foregoing covenant, the said Contractor for himsclf, dwmselves, itsdf, hereby irrevocably authorizt'.J and empowers
