Lavalle, is an adult individual residing at 1802 Willow Ruad, North Middleton Township, Carlisle, Cumberland County, P,mnsylvania 17013. 2. The defendant, Anna W. Henninger, is an adult individual, residing at 11 E. Keller St., Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. 3. On or about April 5, 1994, the plaintiff was sitting in her vehicle in a stationary position in a line of traffic on the Simpson Ferry Road in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. At or about the same time and place, the defendant, Anna W. Henninger, was operating her 19&1 Plymouth in a western direction on the said Simpson Ferry Road Road 5. The defendant collided with the rear end of the plaintiff's vehicle causing a collision between the two vehicles. 6. The collision was caused by the negligence of the defendant in the following respects: A. In failing to keep a proper lookout. B. In failing to operate her vehicle within the assured clear distance ahead. 7. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff may have suffered and may continue to suffer an aggravation of a pre-existing cervical condition. 8. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff may have suffered, and may continue to suffer a loss of wages. 9. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff may have incurred medical expenses and may continue to incur medical expenses in the future, which exceed those covered by any policy of Insurance in effed at the time of the accident. 10.
