NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, lhat Ihe Contractor. for and in consideration ollhe awarding 10 him
01 the said conlract as lor the sum 01 ONE DOLLAR ($1,00) to him in hand paid by Ihe Owner, the receipt of
which Is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's lien or liens shall be Qled against
the aloresaid building or Ihe appurtenances Ihereto by any subconlractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furniShed, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, lor or about, or on accouOl of Ihe aforesaid building or on the credil thereol,
