CHRISTENSEN, Defendant IN DIVORCE NOTICE TO DEFEND AND CLAIM RIGHTS You have been sued in court. If you wish to defend against the claims set forth in the following pages, you must take prompt action. A judgment may also be entered against you for any other claim or relief requested in these papers by the plaintiff. Christensen, born September 5, 1995. 12. Plaintiff seeks legal and primary physical custody of Madison. 13. From birth until the present, Madison has resides at the following addresses: 9 Center Drive Camp Hill, PA 9/5/95 through present 14. Plaintiff has not participated as a party, witness, or in any other capacity in any other litigation concerning the custody of said children in this or any other court. 15. LAW : IN DIVORCE AMENDED COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 3301(d) OF THE DIVORCE CODE 1. Plaintiff is Lynne R. Aumiller-Christensen, who has resided at 9 Center Drive. Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for the last two years. 2. Defendant is David A. Christensen, who has resided at 382 Wyatt Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for an unknown amount of time. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the tiling of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 28, 1994, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. .5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties. 6.
