ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 16th day of April, 1996, upon
consideration of the Plaintiff's Petition for Special Relisf
Pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 1920.43, and the parties now appe.rinq in
court with their respective counsel, Austin r, Groqan, Esquire,
and Samuel L. Andes, Esquire, and it appearing that the partie.
have reached an aqreement with respect to at least a temporary
placement of most of the property in issue in this ca.e, it i.
ordered and directed that the Defendant make available to the
Plaintiff those additional items which the parties agree are
individually owned pre-marital assets of the Plaintiff, with the
exception of the four-poster bed, the owner.hip of whlch i. in
dispute and which shall remain in the marital r.sidence. Both
parties are ordered, directed, and enjolned not to encumber,
alienate, dissipate or otherwise reduce in value the marltal
assets in this case pendinq further Order of Court except by
mutual agreement. All other relief requested at this
time is denied. Nothing herein is intended to represent a
rulinq as to what is mari.tal property or the proper manner of
equitable distribution in this case. Pursuant to an agreement
