R.C.P. 1920.43, and the parties now appe.rinq in court with their respective counsel, Austin r, Groqan, Esquire, and Samuel L. Andes, Esquire, and it appearing that the partie. have reached an aqreement with respect to at least a temporary placement of most of the property in issue in this ca.e, it i. ordered and directed that the Defendant make available to the Plaintiff those additional items which the parties agree are individually owned pre-marital assets of the Plaintiff, with the exception of the four-poster bed, the owner.hip of whlch i. in dispute and which shall remain in the marital r.sidence.
