NOTICE TO DEFEND AND CLAIM RIGHTS
YOU HAVE BEEN SUED IN COURT. If you wish to defend against

COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Dale Ann Kingery, through her
attorney, L. Rex Bickley, Esquire, who hereby files the following
Complaint in Divorce:
1. The Plaintiff, Dale Ann Kingery, is an adult individual
who presently resides at 232 Market Street, Newport, Perry County,
Pennsylvania 17014.
2. The Defendant, Richard D. Kingery, Jr., is an adult
individual whose residence is c/o Richard D. Kingery, Sr., 20 West
Main Street, Shiremanstown, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania 1101l.
3. The parties were married on January 28, 1995, in
Shiremanstown, CUmberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment
between the parties.
5. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of
counselling and the right to request that the Court require the
parties to participate in counselling.
6. The Defendant is not a member of the Armed Services of the
United States or any of its allies.
