COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, Ronald L. Simons, by and through
his attorneys, Saidis, Guido, Shuff & Masland and brings this
action for dissolution of partnership and appointment of a
receIver &nd in support thereof avers as follows:
1. Plaintiff is an adult individual who currently resides
at 1205 Georgetown Circle, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. Defendants are William P. Bock and Vaierie A. Bock,
husband and wife, who currently reside at 1130 Cedardale Lane,
Alexandria, Virginia.
3. In October, 1977 the parties entered into a partnership
for the purpose of owning and leasing real property for
investment. On October 31, 1977 they reduced the terms of their
association to writing. A copy of the Articles of Agreement for
eaid partnership is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. On October 28, 1977, the parties acquired the real
estate described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto with partnership
funds for partnership purposes.
5. In October of 1993 Plair.tiff advised Defendants that he
no longer desired to continue the partnership.

The parties had agreed to diseolve the partnership by

Generous offers for the purchase of said property have
been received by the parties,
but Defendants have refused to
cooperate in the sale thereof.
8. Plaintiff has devoted his time, professional skills and
efforts in managing the partnership property, for which he is
entitled to compensation.
9. Defendants have received partnership funds for which no
accounting hae been given to Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays Thie Honorable Court to:
(a) Declare that the real estate listed in
Exhibit "a" is partnership property; and
(b) Order a diesolution of the partnership and a
full accounting of all partnership dealings and
traneactions and direct that each party be ready and
willing to pay to the other or others what, if
anything, ehall be due; and
(C) Order that some proper person be appointed to
receive all rents and other moneys due the partnerehip,
as well as to supervise and consummate the eale of the
partnerehip real estate described in Exhibit "S"; and
(d) Order such other relief as thie Honorable
Court deems appropriate.
