JOHNSON, Defendant CIVIL ACTION - LAW COMPLAINT AND NOW, cames the Plaintiff, Maria A. Barletta, by and thraugh her attarneys, Saidis, Guida, Shuff & Masland, and avers as fallaws: 1. The Plaintiff is Maria A. Burletta, an adult individual who resides at 1422 Bradley Drive, C-212, Carlisle, Cumberland Caunty, Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant is Cara L. Jahnsan, an adult individual who currently resides at 1120 Rebecca Street, Carlisle, Cumberland Caunty, Pennsyivania. 3. The events hereinafter complained af accurred an or abau t December 15, 1995 at appraximately 8:05 a.m. in Narth Middletan Tawnship, Cumberland Caunty, Pennsylvania, upan Cavalry Raad in the vicinity af Rebecca Street. 4. At said time and place, Plaintiff was aperating her 1994 Buick Regai east an the afaresaid Cavalry Raad. Raad is a twa-way undivided raadway.) (Said Cavalry 5. At said time and place Defendant pulled her vehicle directly inta the path af Plaintiff farcing Plaintiff ta slam an her brakes, lase cantral af her vehicle and callide with a treo alang the side af the raad. 8. Plaintiff's injuries and damages set farth herein were the direct and praximate result af the negligence af Defendant, then and there accurring. 9. Defendant was negligent generally and in the fallowing particulars: a. Operating her vehicle in a reckless manner; Failing ta yield the right-af-way; Failing ta maintain a praper laak-aut; Failing ta have her vehicle under praper Failing ta stap at the stap sign; b. c. d. cantral; e. f. Operating canditians; and her vehicle taa fast far g. Failing ta camply with the pravisians af the Pennsylvania Matar Vehicle Cade relating ta the aperatian af matar vehicles, specifically as it relates ta the afaresaid acts af negligence. 10. At the time af this accident, Plaintiff had in farce an autamabile insurance paliey as required under the Pennsylvania Matar Vehicle Respansibility Law. Said paliey pravided Plaintiff with a full tort aptian. 11.
