Failing to operate his vehicle in a manner consistent with the road and weather conditions prevailing at the time; i. Failing to yield the right-of-way to traffic properly in the lane; and j. Failing to keep his vehicle in the proper lane. 12. As a result of the aforesaid accident, the Plaintiff, JAMES A, PETERS, has suffered severe and permanent injuries to his arm, knee, and neck causing the following: a. Injury to his arm was diagnosed with Raynaud's Syndrome secondary to a neuropraxis of some of the sensory nerves of the left arm. b. Back injury and muscle strains, including strains to the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. c. Injury to the left knee, a small tear of the medial meniscus resulting in surgery. 13. As a result of his injuries sustained in this accident, the Plaintiff, JAMES A. PETERS, has suffered lost wages, and will continue to suffer lost wages in the future. 14. The Plaintiff, JAMES A. PETERS, has been advised that the injuries may be permanent in nature and effect. 15. As a result of his injuries, the Plaintiff, JAMES A. PETERS, has undergone, in the past, and will continue to undergo in the future great pain and suffering. 16. As a result of his injuries, the Plaintiff, JAMES A. PETERS, has been obliged to expend various sums of money and incur various expenses for the injuries that he has suffered and may continue to incur the same in the future.
