Affidavit of No Appeal
I submit this as required to register a judgement from Montgomery County Pennsylvania with
the Cumberland County Courts. The Prothonotary's office of Montgomery County informed
me that they do not prepare or provide these affidavits. I was instructed to search the Web Site
of Montgomery County. After verifying the method of the search, I discovered that no civil
cases were filed with either me or US Auto Repossessions as defendant or plaintiff. Printouts of
my search of 9-16 are enclosed.
To the best of my ability, and with certainty, I have verified that defendants in the case I ask to
be registered have not appealed the decision.
