ALL ThAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of ground situate in the Borough
of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as
Lot No. 17 on a Plan of Lo\;s known as "White Oaks" as prepared by
Robert G. Hartman, Jr., Registered surveyor, and recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
plan Book 58, Page 26, which lot is more particularly bounded 3nd
described as follows, to wit:
BEOIHNIHO at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of West Wind
Drive, said point being on the dividing line of Lot No. 16 and Lot
No. 17 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said
dividing line North twenty-six degrees twenty-seven minutes thirty
seconds East (N 26 27 I 30" E) a distance of one hundred eight-
seven and twenty hundredths (187.20') feet to a point on the
western right-of-way line of White Oak Circle; thence along said
right-of-way line South sixty-three degrees thirty-two' minutes
thirty seconds East (S 63 32' 30" E) a distance of sixteen
(16.00') feet to a point; thence contuing along said right-of-way
line of White Oak Circle along a curve to the right having a radius
of three hundred seventy-five (375.00') feet an arc length of
fifty-eight and ninety-one hundred (58.91') feet to a point; thence
continuing along said right-of-way line South fifty-four degrees
thirty-two minutes thirty seconds East (S 54 32' 30" E) a distance
of ninety-nine and forty-three hundredths (99.43') feet to a point
at the intersection of white Oak Circle and West Wind Drive; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius o,f twenty-five (25.00')
feet an arc length of forty and seventy hundredths (40.70') feet to
a point on the northern right-of-way line of West Wind Drive;
thence continuing along the northern right-of-way line of West Wind
Drive along a curve to the right having a radius of three hundred
seventy-five (375.00') feet an arc length of fifty-seven and ten
hundredths (57.10') feet to a point; thence contuining along the
northern right-of-way line of West Wind Drive South forty-seven
degrees twenty-seven mintues thirty seconds West (S 47 27' 30" W)
a distance of eighty-six and eighty-eight hundredths (86.88') feet
to a point; thence continuing along West Wind Drive along a curve
to the right having a radius of twenty-five (25.00') feet an arc
length of thirty-seven and sixty-two hundredths (37.62') feet to a
point; thence continuing along West Wind Drive along a curve to the
left having a radius of three hundred (300.00') feet an arc length
of eighty-seven and forty-eight hundredths (87.48') feet to a
point; thence continuing along West Wind Drive North sixty-three
degrees two minutes thirty seconds West (N 63 02' 30" W) a
distance of twenty-nine and six hundredths (29.06') feet to a
point, the place of BEGINNING.
