Lamoureux, husband and wife, of Lunenburg, Massachusetts (hereinafter collectively "Owner"), are about. to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Yingst Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having offices at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter "Contractor"), for the erection of a two (2) story residential building upon a lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly described as follows: BEING Lot 20, on the Final plan of Phase II of the Signal Hill Subdivision, dated September 21, 1995 and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 7/ ,Page IOJ9 BEING commonly known and numbered as 5518 General Jenkins Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. BEING the same premises which Susquehanna Enterprises, Inc., et al., by their deed dated March /q , 1996 and recorded in the office of the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds on March /8 , 1996 granted and conveyed unto Owner. BEING more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, March / S- ,1996, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by Owner to Contractor to commence work on the said building, or to purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the above described premises and the building and "'\ .<) ~ ..v ,;) . ~ 5 (j... 0 .... ..
