At or about 5:3U P.hl. un the aforesaid date, the plaintiff was operating the said Nissan in a sruitherly direction on Route I I, Silver Spring township, Cumberland County, Penna. S, r1t the same time and place, the defendant watt operating a IyH5 Fora Escort in a northerly direction un the said Route l l in Silver Spring 'township, Cumberland County, Penna. 6. The defendant made a left hirn directly in front of the plaintiff, Debra h(. hlcGrady, causing the plaintiff to collide with the defendant's vehicle. 7. "the collision watt caused by the negligence of the defendant in the fullcnving respects. a. In Failing to operate her vehicle in a safe and prudent manner. b. In Failing ht observe oncoming traffic before making a left turn. K. r\s a result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff, Debra hl. t/[cGrady, suffered head and shoulder injuries in the accident, for which State Farm insurance Companies paid her uninsured motorists benefits of $1,825.95, and the plaintiff, State Farm Insurance Companies, has a right of subrogation fur said amount pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Act of the Comnxnnvealth of Pemtsylvania. Sec Exhibit r\ y. :\s a result of the negligence of the defendant, the plaintiff incurred $236.IH1 in towing and storage charges, which is set forth in the attached Exhibit [3. It). As a result of the ne~liKence ~.~f the defendant the plaintiff incurred ~b:17?.61 in rental costa, until she was able hi aiyuire anotL~er vchide. See Exhibit c' t L.
