ORDER OF COURT
NOW, i I \ I I. I \ ) I . 1996, upon consideration of the within Stipulation
and Agreement, it is hereby ordered as follows:
I. Carol A. Rickabaugh ("Carol") and T. Kevin Rickabaugh ("Kevin") shall share !egal
custody of their two minor children. Samantha C. Rickabaugh. born March 9, 1979 and Trisha
A. Rickabaugh. born February 19, 1982 ("the children").
2. Carol shall have primary residential custody of the children.
3. Kevin shall have partial residential custody of the children as follows:
a. Every other weekend from 5:00 p.m. Friday until 5:00 p.m. Sunday; and
b. Three weeks each summer.
4. Holidays shall be shared on an alternating basis such that in 1996 and each even year
thereafter Kevin shall have the children for the holidays of Easter, from Friday at 5:00 p.m.
until Monday at 5:00 p.m., if there is no school on Easter Monday; if school is in session on
Easter Monday the holiday shall end at 5:00 p.m. Easter Sunday; the July 4th holiday from
5:00 p.m. July 3rd until 5:00 p.m. July 5th; and New Year's from 5:00 p.m. December 31st
until 5:00 p.m. January 1st of the odd-numbered year.
In 1996 and each even year thereafter Carol shall have custody of the children on the
holidays of Memorial Day, from 5:00 p.m. Friday until 5:00 p.m. Monday and Labor Day
from 5:00 p.m. Friday until 5:00 p.m. Monday.
Further, in 1996 and each even year thereafter Kevin shall have custody of the children
for the Thanksgiving holiday from 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving until 5:00
p.m. the Friday following Thanksgiving and Kevin shall have custody of the children for the
holiday of Christmas from 12:00 Noon December 25th until 5:00 p.m. December 26th. Carol
shall have custody of the children for the Thanksgiving holiday in 1996 and each even year
thereafter from 5:00 p.m. the Friday following Thanksgiving until 5:00 p.m. the Monday
following Thanksgiving. She shall have custody for the Christmas holiday from 5:00 p.m.
December 24th until 12:00 Noon on December 25th. Every year. the remainder of the
Christmas holiday up to December 31st at 5:00 p.m. shall be equally shared by the parties.

STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
This Stipulation and Agreement is made this 11111 day off} / 0 r ( I ) , 1996 by
and between Carol A. Rickabaugh of 5 Partridge Trail, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as "Carol" and T. Kevin Rickabaugh of P.O. Box 520, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, hereinafrer referred to as "Kevin".
1. Carol and Kevin are the natural parents of Samantha C. Rickabaugh, born March 9,
1979 and Trisha A. Rickabaugh. born February 19, 1982. hereinafter referred to as "the
children' .
2. Carol and Kevin were married on April 10, 1976 in Chambersburg, Franklin
County, Pennsylvania.
3. Neither party has participated as a party in other litigation concerning the custody of
the children in this Court.
4. None of the parties has infonnation of a custody proceeding concerning the children
pending in a Court of this Commonwealth.
5. None of the parties knows of any person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the children, or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the children.
6. During the last five years, the children have resided with the following persons and
at the following addresses:
