Shover, for the erection of a residenoe situ~te at Lot '3, Plan of
Ketner, North Newton Townehip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and deecribed as followsl
BEGINNING at an iron pin at the oorner of Lots 2 and 3 of
the hereinafter referred to subdivision plan, North 36
degrees 03 minutes 29 seconds West, 175.01 feet to a
conorete monument at the northeast oorner of Lot 2,
thence along the dividing line between Lots 2 and 3,
South 60 degrees 26 minutes 03 seconds Weet, 174.24 feet
to a point at the corner of Lots 2 and 3 and land now or
formerly of Eugene Razaieski, thence along said land now
or formerly of Razaieski, North 36 degrees 03 minutes 29
seconds West, 256.56 feet to an iron pin at corner of
said land of Razaieski and land now or formerly of Fred
Willis; thence along land now or formerly of Wills, North
56 degrees 45 minutes 05 se~onds East, 500.42 feet to an
iron pin; thence along eaid land now or formerly of
Willi., South 32 degrees 27 minutes 24 seconde East,
69.37 feat to an iron pin at the corner of Lots 3 and ~
of the hereinafter referred to subdivision plan, thence
along the dividing line between Lots 3 and 4, South 32
degreee 00 minutes 23 seconds East, 393,26 feet to an
iron pin, thence along a 50 foot right of way, South 60
degrees 40 minutes 25 seconds West, 296.61 feet to an
iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 4,2781 acres,
BEING Lot 3 on eubdivi.ion plan recorded in Cumberland
County Plan Book 64, Page 148,
MOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the
said OWners to the said Contractor to commence work on the said
building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of
