The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. by Its attorneys, KNUPP
& KODAK, P.C., brings this action of Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of
SIXTEEN THOUSAND. TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND SIXTY-FIVE CENTS
($16.232.65). along with interest thereon at the rates set forth In the agreements between the parties
from March 8. 1996, upon a cause of action of which the following is a statement:
1. The Plaintiff, WEST SHORE TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is a federal credit
union, organized and existing under Federal laws, having its principal office and place of business at
1213 Slate Hill Road, Camp Hill. Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17011.
2. The Defendant. MARK ANTHONY WILLS, is an adult individual residing at 34
Marble Street. Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17055-6424.

4. On or about April 13. 1993. Defendant did complete and execute Plaintiffs Loanllner
Application. requesting Plaintiff to extend credit to him, A true and correct copy of said Loanllner
Application Is attached hereto. made a part hereof. and marked as Exhibit "A".
5. On or about April 20, 1993, Defendant did execute Plaintiffs Loanliner Credit Agreement,
thereby accepting Plaintiffs terms and conditions for the grant of credit to him. A true and correct
copy of said Loanliner Credit Agreement is attached hereto. made a part hereof. and marked as
Exhibit "B".
6. Defendant does owe Plaintiff a past-due principal amount of Two Thousand. Three
Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($2,358,17) on said account. A true and correct
copy of Plaintiffs Statement of Account showing said amount due and owing is attached hereto, made
a part hereof, and marked as Exhibit "C",
7, Due to Defendant's default as aforesaid. interest has been added to said account In the '
amount of Sixty-Seven Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($67.48), Said amount is set forth In Plaintiff.
Exhibit "C" herein.
8, DUEl to Defendant's default as aforesaid. a penalty fee has been added to said
in the amount of Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars and Seventy-Two Cents ($479.72). Said amount
is set forth in Plaintiffs Exhibit "C" herein,

9. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of TWO THOUSAND.
NINE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTS ($2.905.37). as appears by Plaintiff's
Exhibit "C" herein.
10. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and
owing as aforesaid. but Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay
said amount of any part thereof.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of TWO THOUSAND,
NINE HUNDRED FIVE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTS ($2.905.37), together with Interest
thereon from March 8, 1996, at the rate as set forth in the agreements between the parties.

14. Due to Defendant'! default as aforesaid, interest has been added to said account in the

15. Due to Defendant's default as aforesaid. a penalty fee has been added to said account
In the amount of Two Hundred Forty-One Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents ($241,66), Said amount is set
forth in Plaintiffs Exhibit "E" herein,
16. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of ONE THOUSAND,
FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-THREE CENTS ($1,452.73), as appears
by Plaintiffs Exhibit "E" herein.
17. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amouffl due lIlld

24. Defendant's Co-Signer on these loans, one Michelle K. Failor. had an interest in said
vehicle. and has paid to Plaintiff the sum of One Thousand, Four Hundred ($1,400.00) Dollars to
release Plaintiffs interest. Said credit is shown on Plaintiffs Statement of Account. attached hereto,
made a part hereof. and marked as Exhibit "I".
25. On these two (2) advances. Defendant does owe Plaintiff a past-due principal amount
of Ten Thousand. Seven Hundred Forty-Two Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($10.742.96) on said
account. Said amount is set forth on Plaintiffs Exhibit "I" herein.
26. Due to Defendant's default as aforesaid. interest has been added to said account in the
amount of Three Hundred Forty Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($340.49), Said amount is set forth In
Plaintiffs Exhibit "I" herein.
27. Due to Defendant's default as aforesaid. a penalty fee has been added to said accoul1t
in the amount of Two Thousand, One Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Ten Cents ($2.191.10).

28. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of ONE THO
ELEVEN THOUSAND, EIGHTY HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FIVE ce
