dnd Louis P. Vitti, Esquire, dnd pursuant 10 the Pennsylvdnid Rules of Civil Procedure
Numbers 1141 lhrough 1150, for ils Complain I in Mortgage Foreclosure, sets forth the
following:
1. The Plaintiff is .I corpordlion duly authorized 10 conduct business within
the IdWS of the Commonwedlth of Pennsylvania, having a principdl place of business located
at 9225 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Pdrk, Kdnsds.
2. The Defenddnt(s) is/are individuals residing at 1207 Pine Road, Dickinson,
PA 17013. The property address is the same and is the subject of this action.
3. On the 25th day of January, 1991, in consideration of a loan of Seventy
Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Eight and 00/100 ($73,248.00) Dollars made by
Margaretten & Company, Inc., a NJ corporation, to Defendants, the said Defendants
