STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the/~day of September, 2002, by and between Robert B.
Wickard, of 29 Montsera Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
and Mark D. Eckenroad and Tricia D. Eckenroad, of 7897 Wertzville Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a custom built home on that certain lot of ground situate at 1765 West Lisbum Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fullydescribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves
and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no
mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any
of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAiN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described according to a Final Subdivision Plan for Carol G. Knisely
prepared by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, P.L.S., dated October 19, 2001, revised through March 14, 2002,
and recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 85, Page 27, as follows:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the centerline of Lisbum Road (S.R. 2004) at the northeast
comer of Lot No. 1 as shown on the above referenced plan; thence bythe centerline of Lisbum Road,
South 73 degrees 46 minutes 49 seconds East 282.51 feet to a railroad spike set in the centerline;
thence along land now or formerly of Carol G. Knisely, South 15 degrees 56 minutes 29 seconds
West 306.86 feet to an iron pin set; thence along land now or formerly of Edwin Z. Horst, South 77
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 322.82 feet to an iron pin set in line of Lot No. 1; thence along
Lot No. 1, North 15 degrees 56 minutes 29 seconds East 464.28 feet to a railroad spike, the Point
and Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2.5000 gross acres and being known as Lot No. 2 on the Final Subdivision Plan for
Carol G. Knisely.
