Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a nail heretofore set in the center of Petersburg
Road (T0518) at the lands now or formerlr of Linda Byers, Lot No.
1 of Tanger Heights Subdivision; thence eaving said road and
running alon~ Lot Nos. 1,2,3,4 and 5 of Tanger Heights North 45
degrees 00 mlnutes 00 seconds East passing through a steel pin
now set on the Eastern right of way line of said road at the
distance of 30.87 feet in all a distance of 656.39 feet to a
point; thence continuing by said Lot No.5, now owned by Paul
Dohrman, North 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance
of 220.00 feet to a point in the center of Tanger Road (T-529);

feet to a concrete monument now set; thence continuing by the
same South 50 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of
265.00 feet to a concrete monument now set on the Eastern right
of way line of said Petersburg Road; thence by same South 50
de~rees 26 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 25.07 feet to a
pOlnt Five (5) feet East of the center of said road; thence
running in and through the bed of said road North 32 degrees 14
minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 341.56 feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 12.623 acres net area and 12.840 acres total area,
bein~ Lot No. 9 as shown on a Final Subdivision Plan for Thomas
D. W1lliams dated June 12, 1995 as surveyed by John R. Will~ams
P.L.S.; and being recorded in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Plan Book 70, page 139.
