ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East ~ennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to WLt:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern right of way line of a cul-de-sac
of Accent Circle, at the line of Lot A-49; thence along the line of said
Lot, North 12 degrees 51 minutes 33 seconds West, a distance of 276.95
feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees 28 minutes 25 seconds East, a
distance of 35.49 feet to a point; thence North 71 degrees 49 minutes 56
seconds East, a distance of 12.83 feet to a point; thence along line of
Lots A-4 and A-2, South 38 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East, a
distance of 443.05 feet to a point at the line of Lot A-1b; thence along
line of Lot A-1b, South 26 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds West, a
distance of 80.19 feet to a point at the line of Lot A-52 and at the
centerline of a 25 foot Ingress/Egress Utility Easement to Lot A-1a;
thence by the line of Lot A-52 and along the centerline of said

feet to a point at the right of way line of a cul-de-sac of Accent
Circle; thence by the line of Accent Circle by a curve to the left

thence continuing along the same by a curve to the left, having a radius
of 50.00 feet, an arc length of 67.78 feet to a point, the point and
