Petition, the defendant, DAVID E. CARNS, is directed to appear
for trial on the charge of Indirect Criminal Contempt before the

Carlisle, PennBylvania.

the Cumberland County Public Defender's Office at 717-240-6285.
Further, if the defendant fails to appear, an arrest warrant will
be iBsued.
The Sheriff of Cumberland County is directed to serve this

to be determined by the Trial Judge subsequent to trial.

The acts committed hy the accused were:0 INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT
In that the Defendant did violate an order under the PROTECTION FROM
ABUSE ACT, number 96-254, Civil 1996 dated March 6, 1996. This order was
issued by the Court of Common Pleas in Perry County, PA. This order
prohibits the Def. from abusing, harassing, or threatening the Plaintiff.
PROBABLE CAUSE AFFIDAVIT; This officer recieved a report from the victim,
Mechel1e Colleen CARNES, indicating that the Def. called her numerous times,
and harassed her, using profanity.
