follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is located on the western right-of-way line of
Canterbury Drive (50,00 feet wide), said point being located at the northeastern
corner of Lot No, 104; then along the northern boundary line of said Lot No, 104
South 88 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds West, for a distance of 135,OO feet, to a
point which is located along an existing storm water detention area; thence along
said existing storm water detention area North 01 degrees 25 minutes 55 seconds
West. for a distance of 83,00 feet, to a point in line of other lands of McNaughton
Homes, a division of The McNaughton Company; thence along said lands North
