APPEAL FROM REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION
AND NOW, comes the Petitioner, Norma J. Singer, by and through
her attorney, Gary L. Kelley, and respectfully represents as
follows:
1. Petitioner is Norma .J. Singer who resides at 4141
Kittating Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.

Petitioner is the owner of an automobile insured by

Allstate Insurance Company.
4. Petitioner maintained her policy in effect with said
company and continued to make payments to maintain her coverage on
the subject vehicle.
5. On February 26, 1996, Petitioner was informed that she
was to surrender tag no. ZNWl03 for failure to maintain coverage on
the subject vehicle, A true and correct copy of this letter is
attached hereto as E;.;hibit "A."
6. Petitioner never received any prior notices that her
coverage had elapsed.
7, Petitioner continued making payments to Allstate for
