The Plaintiff's position on custody is as follows: Plaintiff suggests that Father be given custody every other weekand and some other time during the week. 6. The Dafendant's position on custody Is as follows: Defendant's position is that tha parties should have a custody schedule fashioned around their work schedules, See Conciliator's statement for more Information about the work schedule. 7. Need for separate counsel to represent children: None requested and the Conciliator does not believe any is necessary. 8, Need for independent psychological evaluation or counseling: Neither party requested and the Conciliator does not believe any is necessary. 9. A hearing in this matter is expected to take one-half day. 10. Other matters and comments: This is a case where both parties are generally competent parents in the eyes of each other, The parties almost reached an agreement at the conciliation conference and it is hoped that they will reach en agreement prior to the hearing in this case. There is an odd work schedule in this case in that Mother works four days on, the first two days being from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p,m" and the second two days from 4:00 p.m, until 7:30 a.m. Father 2
