'~~~-'n" ../'r,;l.;tn~ & ,-:~~ M'i\" i" .,.1/ -'I II, V 3, The Appellant has received notification from the Appellee that her motor vehicle driving privileges are to be suspended or disqualified for a period of three (3) months effective April 6, 1996, A copy of the notice is attached hereto and marked as Elthibit "A", 4, The underlying violation has not yet been adjudicated by the Courts and caMot be used as a basis for suspension of her operators privileges, 5, The Appellant does not believe that her driving record warrants the imposition of the penalty provided by the motol' vehicle code, 6, The suspension of the Appellant's license and operating privileges, as well as the suspension of Appellant's vehicle registration, will cause serious hardship and since she is a college student and needs to travel to maintain her status and summer employment. 7, This suspension of operating privileges and vehicle registration will be stayed pending the disposition of this Appeal which shall serve as a supersedeas of the action taken by the Appellee, 8, The action of the Appellee should be reversed and all action to suspend the operating privileges and vehicle registration of the Appellant should be dismissed, 3 WHEREFORE, the Appellant requests that this Court reverse the action of the Appellee and all action by the Appellee to suspend the operating privileges and vehicle registration of the Appellant are stayed pending the disposition of this Appeal, By: Respectfully submitted, IRWIN, McKNIGHT & HUGHES ~[(/{/~ ",/ /- arcus \\, McK}li~ht.
