attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and
1. The Mother, Sally R. Quigley, and the Father, Scott w.
Quigley, shall have shared legal custody of Bryon M. Quigley, born December
20, 1979, Shannon A. Quigley, born April 28, 1987, and Dustin S. Quigley,
born August 29, 1989.
2. Effective beginning with the close of the 1995-1996 school
year, the Father shall have primary physical custody of Bryon M. Quigley and
the Mother shall have primary physical cUlltody of Shannon A. Quigley and
Dustin S. Quigley.
3. During the 1996 summer vacation, the Father shall have partial
physical custody of Shannon and Dustin from the end of school in June, 1996
through Saturday, July 27, 1996, on which day, the Father shall return
Shannon and Dustin to the Mother's custody at an exchange point located
midway between the Mother's residence in South Carolina and the ~'ather's
residence in Pennsylvania.
4. The parties shall make arrangements for the Mother to have a
period of partial custody with Bryon to begin, if possible, with the
exchange of cllstody under the preceding paragraph of this Order.
5. During the summer s~hool vacation beginning in 1997 and during
summers thereafter, the Father shall have partial custody of Shannon and
Dustin for six consecutive weeks beginning the first weekend following the
first full week of the summer school vacation and ending on the first
weekend following the sixth consecutive week of partial custody.
6. The parties shall share or alternate physical custody of the
Children on holidays as follows:
A. CHRISTMAS VACATION - In even numbered years, the Father shall
have cUStody of the Children beginning the day after school
closes for the Christmas vacation through Decerrt>er 30. In odd
numbered years, the Mother IIhall have custody of the Children
from the close of school for the Christmas holiday through

Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17043.
2. The Defendant Is Scott W. Quigley, residing at 115 Hllldale Road, Apt..
B, E.tters, York County, Pennsylvania 17319.
3. Plaintiff seeks primary custody of the following children:

7, It is the Plaintiff's present intention to move to the State of South
Carolina with the minor children presently in her physical custody, Shannon A. Quigley
and Dustin S. Quigley. Although the parties have discussed the arrangement that
Bryon M. Quigley would remain in the Defendant's custody here In Pennsylvania and
Shannon A. Quigley and Dustin S. Quigley would remain In the Plaintiff's custody In
South Carolina, final arrangements between the parties have not yet been made,
