STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHBREAS, Wayne R. Perkins, Sr. and Barbara A. Perkins, of
1031 Mountain Road, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Perkins Construction,
Inc. of 1031 Mountain Road, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, for the erection
of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the south right -of -way line of
Wallingford Way, said point being the northeast corner of Lot 209
and being located from the intersection of the south right-of-way
line of Wallingford Way extended and the east right-of-way line of
Marl ton Road extended the following courses along the south right-
of-way line of Wallingford Way; North 74 degrees 50 minutes 43
seconds East a distance of 231.66 feet to a point of curvature,
thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 525.00 feet an arc
length of 116.42 feet to a point of tangency, thence North 62
degrees 08 minutes 25 seconds East a distance of 48.00 feet to th~
aforementioned point of beginning;
THENCE continuing along the south right-of-way line of
Wallingford Way, North 62 degrees 08 minutes 25 seconds East a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the same and being the
northwest corner of Lot 207;
THENCE South 27 degrees 51 minutes 35 seconds East, along
the southwest lille of Lot 207, a distance of 100.71 feet to a point
on the north line of L,~t 181 Hampden Hearth Phase I and being the
southwest corner of Lot 207;
THENCB South 61 degrees 10 minutes 15 seconds West, along
the north line of Lot 181 and the north line of Lot 180 Hampden
Hearth Phase I, a distance of 100.01 feet to a point on the same
being the southeast corner of Lot 209;

THINel North 27 degrees 51 minutes 35 seconds West, along
the east line of Lot 209, a distance of 102.40 feet to the POINT OF
BIGINNING, containing 10,155.33 square feet or 0.233 acres of land,
more or less.
BIING Lot 208 on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final
Plan Phase III, recorded in Plan Book 62, Page 139, Cumberland
County Courthouse.
NOW, March 27, 1996, at the time of and immediately
before the execut ion of the princ ipal contract, and before any
authority has been given by the said Wayne R. Perkins, Sr. and
Barbara A. Perkins, to the said Perkins Construction, Inc. to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Perkins Construction, Inc. and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Perkins Construction, Inc. paid by Wayne R. Perkins, Sr.
and Barbara A. Perkins, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor
by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
