STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Wayne R. Perkins, Sr. and Barbara A. Perkins, of
1031 Mountain Road, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Perkins Construction,
Inc. of 1031 Mountain Road, Dauphin, Pennsylvania, for the erection
of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described to wit:
BEGINNING at a 3/4 inch diameter rebar on the east right-
of-way of Marlton Road, said point being the northwest corner oE
Lot 176 of Hampden Hearth Phase I, recorded in the Cumberland
County Courthouse in Plan Book 53, Page 133, with said point being
located North 15 degrees 09 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of
102.41 feet from the intersection of the North right-oE-way line of
Locust Lane extended and the east right-of-way line of Marlton Road
extended;
THENCE North 15 oegrees 09 minutes 19 seconds West, along
the east right-of-way line of Marlton Road, a distance of 92.71
feet to a point of curvature on the same;
THENCE along a curve to the right having a radius of
10.00 feet, an arc length of 15.71 feet, a delta angle of 90
degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds, a chord bearing North 29 degrees 00
minutes 02 seconds, a chord bearing North 29 degrees 50 minutes 42
seconds East and distance of 14.14 feet to a point on the south
right-of-way line of Wallingford Way;
THENCE North 74 degrees 50 minutes 43 seconds East, along
the south right-of-way line of Wallingford Way, a distance of 87.44
feet to a point on the same and being the northwest corner of Lot
211;
