The Note is secured by a mortgage on the Premises a180 dated August 23, 1984 (the "Mortgage"), made, executed and delivered by Defendants, as Mortgagors, to Bank, as Mortgagee, which mortgage was duly recorded on September 19, 1984, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, in Mortgage Book 760, page 1195. A true and correct copy of the Mortgage is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit B. 6. The failure of the Defendants, among other things, to pay when due and payable the payments under the Note constitutes a "default" as defined under the terms of the Mortgage. 7.
