Corporation, dated April 20, 1987, and recorded April 21, 1987,
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, in
Deed Book P, Volume 32, Page 616. A true and correct copy of the
said Deed, including the legal description to the premises, is
set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
4. By Mortgage in the original amount of $51,400.00, dated
May 8, 1995, and recorded May 19, 1995 in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Record Book 1263, Page
483, Defendants obligated themselves to make certain payments to
Plaintiff. A true and correct copy of the said Mortgage is
attached hereto, labe'~d Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
5. The said Mortgage from Defendants to Plaintiff has
never been assigned.
6. The Defendants are the sole owners of the aforesaid
premises.
7. The Defendants have defaulted on the terms of the said
Mortgage by failing to make payments to Plaintiff required under
the said Mortgage, specifically monthly payments specified
therein due for November, 1995; December, 1995; January, 1996;
February, 1996; and March, 1996. Additionally, monthly payments
will be due thereafter.
