Pre-Uearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort
will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or if this cannot
be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by
the Court, and to enter into a temporary order. Either party may
bring the children who are the subject of this custody action to
the conference, but the children's attendance is not mandatory.
Failure to appear at the conference may provide grounds for entry
of a temporary or permanent order.

b) Father shall have the children for Christmas beginning
at 12:00 noon on Christmas Eve to Christmas day at 12:00 noon;
other alternating years, Father shall have children from 12:00
noon Christmas day through December 26 at 9:00 p.m.
c) Father to have the children on Easter weekend of 1996
from Saturday at 9:30 a.m. until Sunday at 9:00 p.m. Mother to
have the children Memorial Day of 1996. Father to have the
children Independence Day, and Mother to have children on Labor
Day of 1996.
d) Father to have the option of having children on Father's
Day weekend, in addition to his alternating weekend schedule,
starting Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. and returning the children
Sunday at 9:00 p.m.
e) Father to have the option of having children on Father's
birthday, with that special holiday starting the evening of the
night before at 6:30 p.m. and ending on the following day of the
holiday at 9:00 p.m.
3. Father to have one full month with the children in the
summertime over the month of July, and with Mother to have
partial visitation every other week like Father's usual
alternating weekend schedule.
4. Father shall pick up and deliver the children back to
the Mother's residence in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Children
may be picked up and delivered back at other locations only on
mutual agreement of Father and Mother.
5. Every other partial custody weekend with Father shall be
deemed to commence Saturday in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and

conclude on Sunday of that weekend at 9:00 p.m. The full
alternating schedule of holidays shall co~nence in 1997.
6. "Holidays" shall include without limitation New Year's
Eve, New Year's Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Independence
Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
7. Father shall have the right to unlimited telephone calls
with children within reasonable hours, and the parties are
encouraged to provide additional visitation or custody upon
mutual agreement.
8. Father's c~stody rights shall be deemed to be
cumulative; in other words, the holidays are extra time with the
children rather than concurrent, and where the hOliday schedule
would overlap with or come close to overlapping with the Father's
weekend custody by a day or less, the partial custody period
shall be extended to include the holiday and weekend times by
including that extra day so that partial custody time with the
children will be continuous running from the beginning time for
the holiday through the very end of the Sunday weekend at 9:00
p.m.

Fathar shall have the fifth weekend from 9:30 a.m. on
Seturday until 9:00 p,m. on Sunday, The fifth weokend is
defined as the weekend following the fifth Thursday.
3. The partias shall alternate the following holidays: Memorial
Day, Fourth of July and labor Day. Mother shall have Memorial Day in
1996, and the schedule will alternate thereafter, These periods of
partial custody and visitation will be from 9:30 a.m, until 9:00 p.m.
These periods of partial custody and visitation will take precedence
over but will not supersede the regular schedule.
4. The parties will alternate the Thanksgiving holiday. The
Thanksgiving holiday will occur from 9:30 a,m. on Thursday,
Thanksgiving Day, until Sunday at 9:00 p.m, Father will have
Thanksgiving in 1996 and all even-numbered years thereafter, and
Mother will have Thanksgiving in 1997 and all odd-numbered years
thereafter.
5. The parties will alternate the Easter holiday, This period of
partial custody and visitation will occur from Easter Saturday at 9:30
a.m, until Easter Sunday at 9:00 p,m. Mother will have Easter in
1997 and all odd-numbared years thereafter, while Father will have
Easter in 1998 and all even-numbered years thereafter,
6. The perties will share the Christmas holiday, The Christmas
holiday will be divided into two segments, Segment A will occur from
12:00 noon on 24 December until 12:00 noon on Christmas Day.
Segment B will occur from 12:00 noon on Christmas Day until 9:00
p.m. on 26 December, In 1996 and all even-numbered years
thereafter. Father will have Segment A. and in 1997 and all odd-
numbered years thereafter. Father will have Segment e. In 1996 and
all even-numbered years thereafter Mother will have Segment e. and In
1997 and all odd-numbered years thereafter Mother will have Segment
A.
7, Father will have the children for one month over their
summer vacation, Father is to provide Mother with when he will
exercise this month period by April first of each year. During this
month period of visitation with Father, Mother is entitled to have up to
two weekends of visitation with the children and is to provide Father
with at least ten (10) days notice as to when she intends to exercise
these weekend visitation periods. These weekend visitations are
provided to Mother so that she can coordinate this schedule with her
husband's custody schedule. In 1996. Father's month of visitation
with the minor children will begin on 7 July 1 996, and end on 4
August 1 996.
