Corbett, Jr., through the Bureau of Consumer Protection ("Commonwealth") and moves this Court to make the Rule to Show Cauae Absolute. In support thereof, the Commonwealth alleges the following: 1, On April 3, 1996, the Commonwealth filed a Petition to Compel Compliance With Subpoena of the Bureau of Consumer Protection against Defendant Maurice Frater. 2. The Court on April 3, 1996, issued a Rule to Show Cause why the Commonwealth's Petition should not be granted with the Rule Returnable in fifteen (15) days following service, or April 19, 1996. 3. The Rule was duly served on Defendant on April 4, 1996. Milton E. Palmer, an Agent for the Harrisburg Regional Office of the Bureau of Consumer Protection, personally served the Petition to Compel Compliance With Subpoena of the Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Order to Show Cause by handing both to Maurice Frater at 144 North West Street, Carlisle, PA, his principal
