STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this )'; day of /:{ /"(l'.~1 , 1996, by
and between Snider & Miller Builders, a partnership
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Samuel L. Nedrow and June M. Nedrow, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a single family dwelling on the certain
lot "f ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, known as and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH. That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL those two .::ertain lots of land situate in Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded and
limited as follows to wit:
TRACT No. 11 BEGINNING at a surveyors pin on the eastern side of
Heisey Road also known as Township Road T-560; thence along Lot #9
North eighty-nine (89) degrees thirty-six (36) minutes fifty-five
(55) seconds East two hundred (200) feet to a surveyors pin at
other lands of the grantors herein; thence along the last mentioned
land South zero (00) degrees twenty-three (23) minutes five (05)
seconds East one hundred (100) feet to a surveyors pin at Lot #11;
thence along Lot #11 South eighty-nine (89) degrees thirty-six (36)
minutes fifty-five (55) seconds West two hundred (200) feet to a
surveyors pin along the eastern side of Heisey Road also known as
Township Road T-560; thence along the right of way line of Heisey
Road North zero (00) degrees twenty-three (23) minutes five (05)
seconds West one hundred (100) feet to a surveyors pin and the
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING twenty thousand (20,000) square feet being Lot Number 10
of the Final Plan and Major Subdivision for Donald E. Deckman dated
October 21, 1986, by Rodney Lee Decker and Associates. Said plot
plan is recorded in the Cumberland County Courthouse in plot plan
book 51, page 140.
TRACT NO.2: BEGINNING a surveyors pin on the eastern side of
Heisey Road also known as Township Road T-560; thence along Lot #10
North eighty-nine (89) degrees thirty-six (36) minutes fifty-five
(55) seconds East two hundred (200) feet to a surveyors pin at
other lands of the grantors herein; thence along the last mentioned
lands South zero (00) degrees twenty-three (23) minutes five (05)
seconds East one hundred (100) feet to a surveyors pin at lot #12;
thence along Lot #12 south eighty-nine (89) degrees thirty-six (36)
minutes fifty-five (55) seconds West two hundred (200) feet to a
surveyors pin on the eastern side of Heisey Road also known as
Township Road T-560; thence along the eastern side and right of way
line of Heisey Road North zero (00) degrees twenty-three (23)
minutes five (05) seconds West one hundred (100) feet to a
surveyors pin and the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING twenty thousand (20,000) square feet being Lot Number 11
of the Final Plan and Major Subdivision for Donald E. Deckman dated

BEING the same premises which Donald E. Deckman and Marian R.
Deckman, husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Samuel L. Nedrow
and June M. Nedrow, husband and wife, Borrowers herein.
