STRAITIFF, Respondent PROTECTION FROM ABUSE TEMPORARY PROTECTION ORDER AND NOW, TO WIT, this 1.( r~ day of April, 1996, upon presentation and consideration of the within Petition, and upon a finding that Petitioner and her children are in immediate and present danger of abuse, the following Order is hereby entered: 1. Respondent, ROBERT T. STRAITIFF, is hereby enjoined from abusing and harassing potitloner, LISA ANN STRAITIFF and his children, or entering upon any premises occupied by Petitioner or his children. 2. Respondent shall not go to or on the premises located at 7 Kutz Road, Carlisle, Penn Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania and shall not stalk, follow, speak to, telephone, approach or contact Petitioner or his children. 3. It is directed that a copy of this Order be provided to the Pennsylvania state Police for implementation. This Order shall be enforced by an~ law enforcement agency in a county where a violation of the Order occurs. Plaintiff is in need of an order For protection From Abuse for the following reasons: (a) Respondent violently pushed his 20 year old daughter against the wall and on to the floor; (b) Respondent swung a hand held mirror at his 14 year old daughter, Rebecca missing her but hitting a dresser causing the mirror to break; Respondent has in the past slapped Petitioner and put his fist in her face and threatened to hit her; Respondent's temper, threats and mental abuse have become increasingly volatile; Although Respondent does not spend the night he comes and goes from the house, deliberately, knowingly and intentionally harassing Petitioner and her children; Petitioner and her children are increasingly fearful that Respondent will harm them physically; (h) Respondent is providing no financial support for the family so that they are five (5) months in arrears w~th their payments on a sales agreement for their home; and (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) On Tuesday evening, April 2, 1996, Respondent told Petitioner that he "couldn't wait to sink a stone into Goliath's head, knock Goliath down and cut off Goliath's head."
