(c) The plaintiff, Christina L, Hess, resides with her biological parents along with her
minor child amI is provided with the parental insights regarding the appropriate manner of
child care.
(d) The defendant, Flor Rivera Junior,is himself a minor age 16, and is unable to
provide the requisite level of care, and nurturing of the child as can the plaintifi' Christina
L, Hess who has reached the age of majority,
(e) The defendant, Flor Rivera Junior does not have a permanent home environment in
that he is currently residing with another minor child and that child's parents,
(I) The defendant has repeatedly denied his biological status as a father to the child
named herein and consequently has disclaimed any interest and disavowed any desire to
maintain any contact with the child now or in the future,
(g) The defendant has acted abusively towards plaintllTby verbally threatening plalntilfto
the point that pollee intervention was called to the scene during defendant's visit with
plaintiff and child, while at the home of the plaintil1's parents,
Wherefore, plaintiff, Christina L, Hess, respectfully requests for the aforementioned
