Fazzolari, husband and wife, of 74 Fairway Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011 (hereinafter collectively "Owner") , are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Michael L. Martin, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation having offices at 5B4 Grandview Drive, Lewisberry, Pennsylvania 17339 (hereinafter "Contractor"), for the erection of a two (2) story residential dwelling with garage upon a lot tlf land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly described as follows: BEING Lot No. 366 on plan of lots known as part of Country Club Park (Section "G"), which plan is recorded in cumberland County Plan Book 37, Page BO. BEING commonly known and numbered as B3 Fairway Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. BEING also identified as cumberland County Tax Parcel No. 10-191596-195, BEING the same premises which William L. Cochrane and Gale C. Cochrane, husband and wife, by their deed dated August 29, 1994 and recorded on September 1, 1994 in Cumberland County Record Book 111, Page 249, granted and conveyed unto Owner.
