STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, JACK BARTON CONSTRUCTION, INC., of 4401 Carlisle Pike,
Suite J, Camp Hill, pennsylvania 17011, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract with KEYSTONE APPLE, INC.,
of 1300 Market street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, providing for this
stipulation Against Liens as general contractor for the renovations
to the former Austin's Pet Shop si~uate on lands at 6 Skyport Road,
Hampden Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected situate in Hampden Township,
cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to-wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin in the center line of Township Road,
also known as Skyport Lane, which pin is two hundred sixty
(260') feet north of the intersection of the center line of
Skyport Lane and Harrisburg-Carlisle State Road, Route *ll!
thence along the center line of said Township Road, North
thirty-three degrees, fifty-four minutes (N. 330, 54' E.) East,
One Hundred Fifty (150') feet to an iron bolt at the southerly
line of property now or late of H. A. corbe and Marie Corbe, his
wife! thence along same South fifty-five degrees, thirty-three
minutes (5. 550, 33' E,) East, Four Hundred Forty and Thirty-Four
One-Hundredths (440.34') feet to a point at the westerly line of
property now or late of Edward Eberly! thence along same South
thirty-eight degrees, thirteen minutes (S. 330, 13' W,) West,
Eighty (80') feet to an existing iron pipe at the northerly line
of property of stephen H. Davenport! thence along same North
sixty-four degrees, forty-five minutes (N. 640, 45' W.) West,
Four Hundred Thirty-Nine and Eighteen One-Hundredths (439,18')
feet to a point! the place of BEGINNING.

NOW THIS, ~. day of April, 1996, at the time and
immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been qivon by the said KEYSTONE APPLE, INC.
to the said JACK BARTON CONSTRUCTION, INC. to commence work on
the said building, or purchase materials for the same, as consideration
of the making of the said contract with KEYSTONE APPLE, INC., and
the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to it paid by
KEYSTONE APPLE, INC., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor
by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection and construction of said building or
other work with respect thereto.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
