Township, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly

on the Baid building, or purchase materials tor the same in
consideration of the milking or tho said contract with JAMES W.
HUTCHISON, JR, D, B. A, IWTCH CONS'l'RUCTION, and the further
consideration of One Dollar to JAMES W, HUTCHISON, JR, D. B,A, HUTCH
CONSTRUCTION paid by PATRICE TYRRELL, it is agreed that no lien
ehall be tiled against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contraotor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person tor any labor, or materials purchasod, or extra labor or
