Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Liberty Court (private road) at the
comer of Lot Nos. 2 and 3 on the hereinafter described Final Subdivision Plan for the
Mayapple Village Prestwick Townhouse Lots ("Plan"); THENCE, from said point
South 31 degrees 24 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 34.00 feet to a point
along the westerly line of Liberty Court (private road) and along the dividing line
between Lot Nos. I and 2: THENCE, from said point South 58 degrees 35 minutes
34 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point along the other lands of
Mayapple Village and along the dividing line between Lot Nos, I and 2: THENCE,
from said point North 31 degrees 24 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 34.00
feet to a point along the other lands of Mayapple Village and along the dividing line
between Lot Nos. 2 and 3; THENCE, from said point North 58 degrees 35 minutes
34 seconds East, a distance of 150000 feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.2 on the Final Subdivision Plan for The Mayapple Vl1Iage
Prestwick Townhouse Lots, dated February 25, 1994, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan
Book 67, Page 145.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to a 10 foot drainage and utility easement as
established along outside boundary lines and along boundary lines between
groups of units.
