Civil Action of which the following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff is PNC National Bank, a National Banking
Association with an office located at 103 Bellevue Pa.kway,
Wilmington, Delaware 19809,
2, Defendants are Jefferey H Preuss & Kathleen Y Preuss,
individuals residing at 6059 Edward Drive, Mechanicsburgh PA
17055,
3. On or about February 1, 1972, Defendants opened a
Mastercard/Visa Account with Plaintiff bearing account number
5436814010304795.
4, Defendants made use of said account and have a balance
due and owing to Plaintiff in the amount $8,129.20,

Civil Action of which the following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff is PNC National Bank, a National Banking
Association with an office located at 103 Bel1evue Parkway,
Wilmington, Delaware 19809,
2, Defendants are Jefferey H Preuss & Kathleen Y Preuss,
individuals residing at 6059 Edward Drive, Mechanicsburgh PA
17055,
3, On or about February I, 1972, Defendants opened a
Mastercard/Visa Account with Plaintiff bearing account number
5436814010304795,
4, Defendants made use of said account and have a balance
due and owing to Plaintiff in the amount $8,129.20,
5. Plaintiff has made repeated demands for payment, but
Defendants have steadfastly refused to pay the balance due to
the Plaintiff.
6. The application and contract for the charge account
provided for the addition of reasonable attorney fees if the
account is referred for collection to outside counsel and it is
alleged that attorney fees based on 20% of the principal balance
due is reasonable.
7, The following amounts are currently due and payable:
Principal amount due: $ 8,129.20
Reasonable Attorney fees of 20%: $ 1,625,84
Total amount due: $ 9,755.04
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment
