COMPLAINT
1. Plaintill', Scou Reisinger, is a resident of Loysville, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant, George Vazquez, is a resident of ML'Chanicshurg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. On or ahout November 28, 1995, the plaintiff suhmiued a proposal to the
defendant in which plaintiff was to install siding and do other work as II suheontrlletor upon a
home that defendant was building for Dennis Myers. (A copy of said proposal is auaehed as
exhibit A).
4. The defendant was to pay to the plaintiff Twenty-live Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) as consideration for the work.
5. The proposal became a hlndlng and enforceable contract when the defendant
signed It in the block marked . Acceptance of Proposal. "
6. Plaintiff timely completed perfomlance and did all the work necessary as outlined
by the contract including: Iinishing the exterior of the second floor; installing 22 square foot of
siding; completing all soflit work; installing facia to the entire house; shingling the roof above
the bow window; IInd doing all necessary labor.
7. Defendant owes the plaintiff Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) which
represents the halallce due 011 the contract.
