PETITIO~ FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA
Plaintiff, Kenneth Clark Company, Inc. by its undersigned
counsel, hereby petitions this court to issue a subpoena compelling
Alan Shilvock, his address is:

to appear and to testify at a deposition to commence at 10:00 a.m.
on May 22, 1996 at:
Central Pennsylvania Court Reporting Service

Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013-2823
The grounds of this petition are as follows:
1. On or about July 14, 1995, Kenneth Clark Company, Inc.
commenced this action against JCB, Inc. in the Circuit Court of
Maryland for Baltimore County.
2. I Alan Shilvock is a witness with personal knowledge of the
facts and circumstances implicated in the Baltimore County lawsuit.
As such, Kenneth Clark company, Inc. has noticed his deposition to

commence May 22, 1996 at the above-referenced address. A copy of
this Notice of Deposition is attached as Exhibit A.
3. It is necessary for Kenneth Clark Company, Inc. to obtain
a subpoena from this Court to compel the witnesses attendance at
this deposition.
