STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this
by and between Jack Barton
dayof April, 1996

hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND Cornelius Cain and Ysela Cain
hereinafter called the Owner,
WITNESSETH THA T
The Contractor by instrument dated
entered into an Agreement with the Owner tor the erection and construclion of a imp~ovements
,~~a~don All that certain premises known as 822 Conodoguinet D~ive,
camp Hill, Pennsylvania, attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter Into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that Ihe Contractor, for and ill consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for Ihe sum of ONE DOLLAR ($100) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which Is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto tly any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or acout. or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the said parlles hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid
