Douglas K, Sanderson, who cxamilll'd Ill'r and who has done follow-up
exams.
5, State Farm rcqucstcd a PRO for the examination done by Dr,
Sanderson, and they have refused to pay all of Dr, Sanderson's bills.
6, All bills incurred by Corin.:' Nicewicz with Dr. Sanderson were
reasonable and necessary for her carl' and treatment as a resullof the injuries
she recdved in the aforcsaid motor vehicle accident.
7. When State hmn requl'sted till' PRO, there was no legal basis for
that request, as at thattiml', all th.lt had occurred was an examination. PRO's
are to be uSl'd sold y to I'l'view till' reasonablelll'ss of the carl' and treatment
provided,
H, To date, Corinl' Nicewicz has paid $370 in medicalexpl'nses, which
State Farm has rdused to pay,
WEREFORE, it is pr.lyed that State Farm be orderl'd to pay all medical
bills incurrl'd by Corinl' Nin'wicz with Dr, Sanderson to d.ltl' as wdl as in the
